The face behind Foster
Hi, I'm Ash Oliver, the founder and facilitator behind Foster. I started Foster on the belief that the way teams work together is just as important as the work itself—making collaboration an engine for innovation.
Over the last 15 years in Tech, I've applied human-centered design across brand, product, and go-to-market initiatives, helping teams translate market and customer insights into meaningful experiences. Working remotely since 2018 has given me a unique point of view on the challenges of modern collaboration—where outdated ways of working limit progress, drain energy, and stifle creativity.
At my core, I'm a generalist—a connector of ideas, disciplines, and people. My background in business, creative strategy, and design has illuminated what makes collaboration flow and how to design experiences that help teams move forward with confidence. I help teams work creatively on the inside and resonate with the world on the outside.
